How do I extract repair data?

How can I obtain a download of all the repair data I’ve entered over the past 12 months?

I want to know how, for example, how many table lamps we’ve had brought in to our repair café, the most popular brands, and the total weight of all items brought in over the period.

That essential information is not available in the café dashboard currently, so how I get it back in a usable format?

And if it’s not possible, why isn’t it? Seems such an obvious thing to facilitate.
