I am the designated communications geek for Ringwood’s new repair café, and the architect of it’s customer journey.

My background is customer services, principally digital communications, designing and building customer-oriented, usable (and used) web channels and social media. I have most recently been a usability consultant, helping many organisations improve their digital offering for customers.

FWIW, I see many opportunities for improving this website, and the outputs data, entered by individual cafés, generates. There are some gold nuggets that have been missed by the developers!
