This license grant applies to all submissions, both textual submissions in forms and to files uploaded to our servers, including images. For uploaded files however, users may alternatively choose to apply one of the following:

For the avoidance of doubt, caching of this site is permitted by a service provider acting in the normal course of its business as provided for in the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

For example, you are welcome to run local electronics events under the name ‘Restarters [place name]’, such as ‘Restarters Torino’. If you choose to do this, please let us know and we can offer support.

To do this, you can use the Restart Party Kit when planning and running your event. This is currently available in English and Spanish. It also provides guidance on using the Restart brand and logos.

However, we are NOT promoting the establishment of new Restart Project chapters, franchises or local NGOs and you are not permitted to use The Restart Project’s name or logo for this purpose.

6. Responsibility of contributors
