📣 About the coronavirus category - START HERE

A temporary space to discuss how to support our communities and adapt repair events during the current pandemic.

We can use this space to talk about how the situation is affecting our events and communities as well as things we can do to keep people safe and engaged. All conversations about the pandemic should be posted in this category please. Possible topics may include:

  • Running events in a covid-safe way
  • Cancelling repair events - when, why and how?
  • Supporting volunteers and our wider communities
  • Running online repair events
  • Finding new and different ways to promote repair and bring people together virtually
  • etc…

Note: General updates and discussion of the pandemic are covered extensively on other sites, so instead we want to focus on how we can respond as a repair community

While this category is temporary, we will use these conversations to build a knowledge base that will last beyond the current situation.
