Apologies if this has been covered previously. Moorlands Repair Cafe moved away from Repair Cafe Wales last year and adopted the Repair Monitor tool to record our work. It is fine, but I find it very slow when trying to get data reports out. IS this a known problem and should I be looking to use the Fixometer tool on here to record and report on our work?

Hi Mike,
I haven’t used Repair Monitor personally so can’t comment on the issues that you have experienced - did you try contacting Repair Cafe organisation about it? They might be able to help resolve it.
You’re of course very welcome to set up Moorlands Repair Cafe on Restarters if you choose. You can re-download any data you add in CSV format to do your own reporting, or we have reports such as this group highlights one that you can get some pre-built reporting from.
One caveat I’d suggest is don’t have the same repair data in both platforms, as we pool them all together into the Open Repair Alliance data. Data from different time periods in different systems shouldn’t be an issue though.
