Yeah, I’ve seen these too.
I’ve been thinking about designing a sticker that says “repair” to stick over the “recycl” 
Edit: I’ve asked a couple of so-called AI tools LLMs to redraw the poster for me with “recycled” changed to “repaired” but they failed miserably as expected
