I saw this survey promoted by Wandsworth Council. Imperial College London are collecting information to find out what factors influence people’s decision to repair or discard broken household electrical items.

From their website:

In this survey, we are interested in your experience of a broken or malfunctioning small household electrical or electronic product. The responses will help us understand which factors influence repair.

We will use this data to encourage people to repair which will help them to save money and reduce the environmental impacts of small household electrical and electronic products.
