I don't receive the reset password link to create the new password, any suggestions for me please?

Hello,
I forgot the password, so I have clicked “forgot password” but I haven’t received the link to reset password from Restarters like in the past. Can somebody help me please?

Hi @Helen_Phan,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the password reset function, how strange.
When you’ve done this in the past, did the reset email come through to your normal inbox or your spam folder? (it’s always worth checking the spam folder in any case)

If it’s not there, you could try again (sometimes these things just work the second time).

Otherwise, I’ll need to check in with @neil when he gets back from holiday next week.
