You can find quite a lot of detail about the info you can record using the system here:
But here are the key things:
For the people:
- Number of volunteers
- Number of participants/visitors
For each broken product:
- Item type (what is it?)
- What was the problem and what did you do to try to fix it? (as much detail as you have time to record)
- Repair status: Fixed, Repairable, or End of Life?
- If it’s repairable, what is the next step?
- If it’s end of life, what were the barriers to repair?
- Were spare parts required?
The most important things are the item type and repair status. Everything else is technically optional, but the more detail, the more useful it is for analysis later on
