Can't find where to record item weight

Hi, I cannot find the place to input the weight of an electrical item–has it been withdrawn? The item make and model is unknown so it needs to be added manually to get an estimate of landfill savings. Please advise.

Hi Jules,

For electrical items, you should see the field to enter the weight of the item if you have selected ‘None of the above’ for the product category.

We’re currently considering allowing weights to be recorded for all electrical item categories, but for now it is only enabled for those Miscellaneous items that have no other category.
