Is it possible to get an annual summary of our RC’s achievements. Sadly I hadn’t thought to do so in previous years. I think our volunteers would find that interesting.
Just asking cos I guess I can go back through all the individual events to work it out and then keep a record from now on.
If you go to your group page you can “Download Event List” which gives a summary row for each event. This could be imported to a spreadsheet and filtered on 2025 events, eg:
Date
Event
Volunteers
Participants
Items total
Items fixed
Items repairable
Items end-of-life
kg waste prevented
kg CO2 prevented

You can get a detailed data download from the Metabase dashboard. The download button is a bit hard to find - hover over the header row of the table and click on the 3 dots on the right.
Monique gives some good options there. Additionally, you (and anyone else) are very welcome to use a dashboard that I previously created for my own group:
Like I say it’s something I did a while back for my own group, but we’d like to officially add something along these lines in to Restarters - i.e. more in-depth stats for individual groups - so any feedback welcome and we can take that on board for when we do.
