Annual Stats Summary

Hi

Is it possible to get an annual summary of our RC’s achievements. Sadly I hadn’t thought to do so in previous years. I think our volunteers would find that interesting.

Just asking cos I guess I can go back through all the individual events to work it out and then keep a record from now on.

Thanks in anticipation

If you go to your group page you can “Download Event List” which gives a summary row for each event. This could be imported to a spreadsheet and filtered on 2025 events, eg:

Date Event Volunteers Participants Items total Items fixed Items repairable Items end-of-life kg waste prevented kg CO2 prevented Group
20/12/2025 Chesterfield Baptist Church 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Chesterfield Repair Cafe

You can get a detailed data download from the Metabase dashboard. The download button is a bit hard to find - hover over the header row of the table and click on the 3 dots on the right.

Hi Jules,

Monique gives some good options there. Additionally, you (and anyone else) are very welcome to use a dashboard that I previously created for my own group:

Here it is filtered to Tideswell & District RC for this year. You can change the date range to filter it for previous years.

Like I say it’s something I did a while back for my own group, but we’d like to officially add something along these lines in to Restarters - i.e. more in-depth stats for individual groups - so any feedback welcome and we can take that on board for when we do.

Best wishes
Neil

Wow! Thanks Neil, so helpful. I’ll let you know how I get on and how we use the data.

Warmest wishes

Jules

Hi Neil

Just to let you know that we have looked at the stats as a coordinating team and will present the picture to the volunteers at a lunch we are doing for them at our next RC on 21 March. They do like to hear how they are doing and learn about how they fit into the national and international repair and reuse landscape.

Very best

Jules
