At heart I am a Mozillian I’ve volunteered with Mozilla since 2012 and kinda never left. I’ve been a webmaker supper mentor, regional Webmaker co-ordinator for the UK and spent 8 years setting up and wrangling the Youth Zone at MozFest. All this came with a huge amount of community building training. Every year we were invited to a retreat for a week on how to build communities and empower people at MozFest. My day job since I was 18, was in recruitment and then post degree in Computing and social sciences, HR working with engineers.
